Changes and Withdrawals

If you want to make changes to your race entry, or you need to withdraw, please read on to find out what your options are.

In any event, please do not pass your race pack to someone else. This can result in a number of issues including finding yourself uninsured in the event of an incident, invalidating race rankings, compromising medical treatment or creating distress by contacting the wrong person in the event of an emergency.

I need to get my pack posted but I asked to collect Unfortunately there is no option to change this now as packs are in production.  You will need to collect your pack from Midsummer Common (please bring Photo ID).
I have asked for my pack to be sent to the wrong address After this deadline, you will need to either retrieve your pack or you will need to request a new one and collect from Midsummer Common. Collection is available:
12:00 – 18:00 Friday 1 March
10:00 – 16:00 Saturday 2 MarchYou must bring photo ID.
I need to collect my pack but I can’t make the times advertised You can arrange for someone else to collect your pack. You must email us (info@cambridgehalfmarathon.com) in advance with their name and provide your permission. They must bring a copy of your email and a copy of your photo ID.
I want to change my estimated finish time or start wave Unfortunately these can no longer be changed.  You do have the option to move back to a slower/later wave (you can do this on the day and do not need to tell us).  You will not be allowed to move forward into a faster/earlier wave.

If you want to run with a friend who is starting in a different wave, one of you needs to move back to the slower / later wave.

I want to change my running club Please email us (info@cambridgehalfmarathon.com) and we will endeavour to change the data so that your race results are correct.  However the data shown in pre race comms may still reflect the original club.

I need to withdraw The following applies to general entries only. Places secured via Charities, Business Challenge and Partners are not eligible for refunds or transfers. You will need to contact the organisation directly to let them know you cannot race.

Unfortunately the deadline for transferring your entry to another athlete or to withdrawal and receive a partial refund has now passed.  Please let us know if you can no longer race so we can update our records for race day and remove you from further communications.
