Running With Us, in partnership with Saucony, are here to help you with your training. Collectively, the team has over 40 years of coaching and personal training experience. They work with all abilities from beginners through to GB internationals, covering distances from 800m to Ultra Marathons.

It’s important to choose a plan that most accurately matches your fitness level and goals. All the plans carefully build fitness through consistency, but also allow recovery, hence reducing the chances of injury.​ Find the training plan for you below.
