New Charity Partners

The TTP Cambridge Half Marathon is pleased to announce partnerships with four new charities that provide vital support throughout Cambridgeshire. Each charity has entries into the 2026 TTP Cambridge Half and will be represented both in the event village and out on the course, cheering on their runners every step of the way.
Maggie’s Cambridge
Maggie’s offer free practical, psychological, and emotional support to people with cancer and their families and friends. They’re there for people with any type of cancer, at any stage, and our expert team help people to navigate the complexities of their cancer diagnosis, helping to enhance the overall quality of life at all stages of cancer.
CamSight
CamSight supports around 2,000 blind and partially sighted people across Cambridgeshire each year. We provide free assistance with financial matters, accessibility, equipment, and technology, and run inclusive activities and peer support groups. We also offer emotional support and counselling sessions: whatever sight loss challenges people face, CamSight is here.
Royal Papworth Charity
Royal Papworth Charity funds projects at Royal Papworth Hospital “to bring tomorrow’s treatments to today’s patients.” By prioritising current funding, the charity ensures the hospital remains at the forefront of international heart and lung disease research. Grants from Royal Papworth Charity help the hospital treat life-threatening conditions and innovate new treatments for patients both now and in the future.
Petals
Petals provide free of charge, specialist counselling support to women, men and couples who experience the devastation of pregnancy or baby loss, whether through miscarriage, stillbirth, termination for medical reasons, or neonatal loss. Their trained counsellors provide a safe space to guide bereaved parents through their grief and trauma to a place of reconciliation and hope for the future.
By welcoming these four charities into the event, the TTP Cambridge Half Marathon not only raises awareness for their important work but also ensures that each organisation can engage directly with runners and supporters on race day. Participants will spot their charity teams in the village, find them volunteering out on course, and share in the camaraderie that makes this event such a powerful force for community and fundraising.
If you would like to sign up to run for any one of these charities you can find out more here.
