We Surpassed Our Fundraising Target

The 2025 TTP Cambridge Half Marathon surpassed its £1 million goal to raise £1.6 million for charity—thousands of runners took to the streets, many representing local and national charities.
Outside the Fitzwilliam Museum, Alzheimer’s Research UK supporters created a vibrant sea of orange, cheering athletes on past the 10K mark.
Inside St John’s College, more than 100 Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust volunteers lit the area with their bright banners & cheers. A lively samba band kept spirits high as athletes made their way through the historic campus. Just beyond, outside Trinity College, every participant passed under the soaring voices of the Cancer Research UK choir, whose uplifting performance inspired runners as they pressed on.
At every mile, live performing acts, community groups and charity cheer points rallied behind participants, from King’s Parade to the finish on Jesus Green. Cheering, drumming, ringing cowbells, and offering high-fives ensured that the sense of unity and support was as memorable as the fundraising total.
With attention now turning to 2026, several official charities have already begun recruiting runners to join their teams. If you’re looking to sign up to run for an official charity you can view all options on the charity page. There is still space for new charities to get involved; any organisation interested in participating in next year’s event is encouraged to get in touch.
